Floor Care as Pristine The Village
With its quiet, tree-lined streets and well-maintained homes, Ottawa Hills sets the bar high for comfort and cleanliness. At Call Larry: Floor Care (formerly Spot-Free Floor Care), we’re proud to help keep local homes as fresh and inviting inside as outside.
Since 2016, we’ve provided top-quality carpet and floor cleaning tailored to the unique needs of Ottawa Hills homeowners. As a locally owned and owner-operated business, we treat every home with the same respect and attention we would our own.
We know how important it is to trust the person you let into your home. That’s why when you schedule a cleaning with us, Larry, the owner, often answers the phone and shows up at your door. With no subcontractors or rotating crews, you get consistent, personal service from someone who genuinely cares about your satisfaction.
We also use green, non-toxic cleaning solutions that are safe for your children, pets, and the environment. And with our low-moisture method, your carpets dry fast—usually in just 1 to 2 hours.
Floor and Upholstery Cleaning for Every Home and Business
Our services go far beyond carpets. We specialize in floor and upholstery care, including area rug cleaning, tile and grout restoration, hardwood floor polishing, luxury vinyl (LVT/LVP), and full-service furniture and upholstery cleaning.
Whether removing stubborn spots from a hallway runner or refreshing the grout lines in your kitchen, we bring the same precision and care to every job. If you’re dealing with lingering pet odors or old stains from high-traffic areas, we offer targeted treatments that neutralize smells and restore the look and feel of your floors without harsh chemicals or sticky residues.
From the stately homes near the Ottawa River to the cozy blocks off Indian Road, we’ve proudly cleaned homes across Ottawa Hills. Every customer matters, and we back our work with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If something doesn’t look right or a stain resurfaces, we’ll return to fix it at no cost. With fair, upfront pricing and flexible scheduling (including Saturdays), we make it easy to get expert floor care from a local team you can count on.
